provide a safe environment for juveniles, offer programs that emphasize
education, promote self-esteem, deal with those underlying conditions
that threaten the future of our youth and continue our dual mission
of " Filling Playgrounds, Not Prisons- Success Through Education"
through involvement of parents, police officers and citizens of our
community.
